Dr. Stephanie Lemos holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and spent four years working as a nutritionist before pursuing chiropractic. She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. With more than 10 years of clinical experience, she has cared for patients of all ages and health levels.
Clinical Expertise
Dr. Stephanie specializes in low- and moderate-force adjusting techniques designed for families, including children, pregnant mothers and adults seeking gentle, neurologically focused care. She also has extensive experience working with athletes across a wide range of sports from youth gymnasts, cheerleaders, football players, and wrestlers to elite performers in the NFL and PGA.
Her Story & Mission
Chiropractic became personal for Dr. Stephanie when her infant son struggled with severe colic. After just two gentle adjustments, his symptoms completely resolved—an experience that ignited her commitment to helping others experience the same life-changing results.
Her mission is simple: To impact as many people as possible through natural, effective chiropractic care. She finds her greatest motivation in seeing patients regain comfort, move with ease, sleep better, and return to activities they love.
Life Outside the Office
Outside the practice, Dr. Stephanie enjoys traveling, exploring new parts of the world, and spending quality time with her husband and four children. Most weekends, you’ll find her at her kids’ school activities and sporting events throughout the Woodstock area.
